The overall experience was great!
We went in the evening just before our 10.30pm movie for dinner here.
Not revealing much here but it was a completely different/unique experience.
Shivashankari Mam was kind throughout and allowed me to give her a hug!
That was just amazing. It was a sudden plan. We (Me and brother) went around 8 pm there, the reception team was cool and they explained the rules to be followed. We were taken inside by Ms. Janaki and the experience was surprising. Shaking bridge, water fall... we could visualise everything. The sense of touch, smell and taste. Later we were supported by Ms. Shiva Shankari, who explained more on its concepts. Both of them were too friendly, we could not feel that they are strangers to us. An amazing experience and we were fully satisfied. Thanks to the team.
A place where you walk out with a lifetime experience. It's pitch dark in there and you get to know how it is for a visually impaired to play, listen and respond to the surroundings. Safety is ensured as individual lockers are provided and IR CCTV cameras are fit inside. The quantity of food is less and the dishes to be served can't be decided by the customer. It's a bit weird to eat without light, but the overwhelming excitement makes up for it. The cook, the staff, the instructors are all visually impaired and you will not even realize this unless they reveal it themselves. Great effort but expensive for the slot duration offered. Note: Prioritize experience over food !
